Michael Yeo has over a decade of experience in research and strategic planning within the financial services and marketing sectors. Currently serving as Associate Research Director for Asia/Pacific Financial Insights at IDC since August 2012, Michael previously held the position of Strategic Planning Manager at Leo Burnett, where key insights were provided to clients on myriad business issues. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Manager at KPMG, where Michael led research initiatives for banking and insurance clients, and Project Manager at SmithStreetSolutions, overseeing various market and financial research projects. Early career experiences include management training at Shell and an associate position at Ernst & Young, focusing on external audit operations. Michael holds a BA(Hons) in Accounting and Economics from the University of Reading.
