Reena Nair

Reena Nair is a seasoned HR professional with a robust background in managing human resources across various organizations in the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as a Senior HR Manager at IDC since June 2019, Reena previously held key roles including Employee Relations Manager at Nexperia and HR & Admin Manager at Suez Capital Sdn. Bhd., where significant achievements include the integration of a group payroll system across multiple subsidiaries and enhancements to payroll processes in compliance with Malaysian regulations. Earlier experience encompasses positions at P1 International Sdn. Bhd. as HR Manager, and as HR Executive at Encorp Berhad and Rhythm & Hues. Reena holds a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology from HELP University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from INTI.
