Rob Tiffany

Rob Tiffany is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director at IDC since July 2024. In addition, Rob holds several advisory and board roles, including Advisory Board Member for Oakland University, where strategic advice is provided to the Computer Science and Engineering Department, and for IoT World Today, contributing to the Internet of Things and Digital Transformation content. Rob also imparts knowledge as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Naval Postgraduate School, focusing on emerging technologies for military applications. Other notable engagements include co-hosting the IoT Coffee Talk Podcast, participating as a Board Member for Elevate Our Kids, and serving on the Innovation Advisory Council for Vation Ventures. An active leader in the Washington Council on Connected Intelligence, Rob supports local economic growth in Washington State’s Connected Intelligence ecosystem. Previously a Principal at Digital Insights, Rob has extensive experience delivering strategy and advisory services to startups, complemented by a foundational education in Political Science and Government from Excelsior University.
