Roberta Bigliani

Roberta Bigliani is a highly experienced executive in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as Group Vice President and Head of Insights for the Future of Operations and Industry Ecosystems at IDC EMEA since April 2017. In this role, Roberta oversees the Energy, Financial, Government, Health, Manufacturing, and Retail IDC Insights units in Europe, providing strategic direction to vendors and end-user clients. Previously, Roberta held several leadership positions at IDC, including Vice President for Energy, Government, and Healthcare Insights, and led the EMEA Research for IDC Energy Insights. Roberta's career also includes extensive experience at Accenture, where Roberta served in roles related to utilities marketing and consulting. Roberta holds a Doctorate in Economics from Università Bocconi, completed between 1989 and 1991.
