Rohit Mehra

Rohit Mehra serves as the Group Vice President at IDC, overseeing the Network and Telecommunications practice since March 2010. In this role, Rohit leads research on Enterprise and Datacenter Networks, as well as Telecom Infrastructure, delivering expert analysis on industry trends related to Ethernet switching, routing, wireless technologies, application delivery, and WAN optimization. Prior to this position, Rohit held the role of Vice President of Network Infrastructure and started at IDC as the Director of Enterprise Communications Infrastructure. Rohit’s previous experience includes positions at VeriSign as Director of Product Marketing, 3Com as Director of Product Management/Marketing, bluesocket as Director of Product Marketing, and various roles at Nortel and IDEA. Rohit holds an MBA in International Business/Marketing from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and an MMS in Engineering Management from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
