Ruthbea Yesner

Ruthbea Yesner is the Vice President of Government Insights at IDC, with a focus on government, education, and smart cities and communities. Since joining IDC in October 2007, Ruthbea Yesner has coordinated worldwide Smart City research to assist local governments in implementing initiatives that foster sustainable economic development and improve urban livability. Previously, Ruthbea Yesner served as the Program Manager for Vertical Research, conducting analyses in the IT services and BPO services markets. Prior to IDC, Ruthbea Yesner held positions as Consulting Director, Product Manager, and Program Director at various organizations. Ruthbea Yesner holds an MSW/MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management, an additional MSW/MBA focused on non-profit management, marketing, social investing, and entrepreneurship from Boston College, and a BA in Political Science and Government from Wesleyan University.
