Ryan Patterson serves as the Group Vice President of Global Customer Experience and Customer Success at IDC, a position held since June 2005. In this role, Ryan defines the vision, strategy, and operational approach for IDC's Customer Success and Customer Experience group. Prior to this, Ryan held the title of Vice President of Client Services & Customer Experience and was also a Manager in IDC's Global IT Advisory Services group. Ryan's career began at T-Mobile where expertise was developed as a Senior Sales Representative from January 2002 to June 2005. Educationally, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Engineering Technology from Northeastern University, where studies were completed from 1997 to 2002.
