Sue Troy

Sue Troy serves as the Research Director for IT Executive Programs at IDC since November 2021. Prior to this role, Sue held various editorial positions at Informa Tech, including Editor in Chief of ITProToday.com and Executive Editor of IoTWorldToday.com. With extensive experience in editorial leadership, Sue was the Editorial Director at TechTarget, overseeing content strategy for the CIO, IT Strategy, and Channel Media Group, and has contributed to several publications as a Site Editor and Senior Site Editor. Sue's career in publishing began at Ziff Davis, where responsibilities included managing the editorial team for eWEEK. Sue holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in writing from Plymouth State University.
