Tracy Keeling

Tracy Keeling serves as the Executive Advisory Partner and Vice President at IDC, which was honored as the Research Company of the Year in 2024. Previously, Tracy held interim leadership roles as Group Chief Digital Information Officer at My Trade Force Ltd and Tide Energy Solutions Ltd, where notable growth was achieved in both companies. In the role of Interim Group CIO at Essar Group, Tracy oversaw IT functions across seven organizations and implemented a comprehensive strategy that included a shift to cloud solutions and operational transformation. Further experience includes a position as Strategy and Transformation Director at Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Chief Operating Officer at Edsential, and various consulting roles with HP Enterprise Services, Accenture, and others, focusing on strategic consulting, business transformation, and operational effectiveness in large-scale projects. Tracy holds a B.A. Hons in Business Management from the University of Leeds and has completed advanced training in negotiation and innovation at reputable institutions, including the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
