Martin Krastev

Martin Krastev has extensive experience in investment banking and M&A advisory, beginning as an Engineer at Smartcom Bulgaria AD from 2000 to 2003. Martin advanced to roles such as M&A Associate and later as Senior Associate at Macquarie Group from July 2009 to December 2011. Following this, Martin served as the Senior Investment Manager at Basalt Infrastructure Partners from January 2012 to September 2014, and as Director and Executive Director at DC Advisory from October 2014 to March 2018. Currently, Martin holds the position of Head of M&A Advisory at IDCM Limited since September 2021. Martin's educational background includes an Executive Degree from INSEAD, an MA from Brandeis University, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Technical University Sofia.
