Brent Patterson

Brent Patterson has over three decades of experience in the construction industry. Brent has held various roles throughout their career, starting as an Assistant District Construction Engineer/Assistant Resident Engineer/Project Manager at TxDOT in 1987. In this role, they were responsible for managing construction projects and supervising inspection personnel. Brent then worked as a Project/Construction Manager at Raytheon Engineers and Constructors, where they coordinated utility adjustments and managed PS&E for various projects. Patterson also worked as a Construction Manager at Landtech Consultants and as a Project/Construction Manager at Othon, Inc., where they oversaw the construction management for light rail projects. Brent later joined URS, formerly Washington Group Intl., as an Operations Manager, where they managed design and construction projects and handled business development efforts. Currently, Patterson is the Vice President and Division Director for Construction Management at IDCUS Inc.

Brent Patterson obtained a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University from 1983 to 1986. Prior to that, they attended Blinn College from 1981 to 1983, where they pursued engineering without obtaining a degree.
