Edward Garza

Edward Garza is an experienced civil designer and director with a strong background in civil and structural design. Currently serving as the Director at Harris County Municipal Utility District 64 since June 2023, Edward previously held the position of Senior Civil Designer at Bechtel Corporation since December 2021, and at AIG Technical Services, LLC from June 2020 to December 2021. Prior experience includes Senior Civil/Structural Designer roles at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals and Senior Civil Structural Designer roles at McDermott International Inc. and CB&I. Edward's expertise encompasses the LCLNG Project FEED and the implementation of updated design standards in Microstation Openroads. Edward's career also includes positions at KBR, Inc., Dannenbaum Engineering, Windrose Land Services, Inc., and Miller Survey Group, with educational training from Houston Community College and TxDOT.
