Lena Baum

Lena Baum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and project management. Since November 2013, Lena has held various roles at IDE Technologies, including Design Manager, Project Engineer, Mechanical Team Leader, and Mechanical Engineer. Prior to this, Lena worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Ludan Group from September 2010 to May 2013, focusing on mechanical calculations and analysis within the petrochemical industry. Earlier experience includes a TE student position in the Intel Wifi Group from May 2007 to July 2010. Lena holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Bar-Ilan University (October 2021 - September 2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (2005 - 2010).
