Tal Fabian

Tal Fabian is the Process Department Manager at IDE Technologies, leading teams in delivering advanced water treatment solutions for industrial and municipal sectors. With an M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Tal has over a decade of experience in process design, project execution, and technology implementation. Their expertise includes overseeing the full process lifecycle from conceptual design to commissioning while emphasizing innovative and sustainable solutions. Previously, Tal worked as a Process Engineer at Tenova Advanced Technologies and served as a Teaching Assistant at the Technion, contributing to several undergraduate courses. Tal also served as a Tank Commander in the Israel Defense Forces from 2004 to 2007.
