🏡 Idea Casa Plan – Four Generations of Trust, Quality, and Passion
We are a construction company specializing in complete renovations throughout South Tyrol and beyond, with over 40 years of experience and a four-generation family tradition.
From the very beginning, our goal has been to offer tailor-made services, meticulously planned down to the last detail – all based on one core value: trust.

Every project is a journey we take together with our clients, guided by professionalism, precision, and a human touch.

We offer bilingual service (Italian/German) and support our clients from the first consultation to final completion.

Whether it’s renovating a bathroom, refurbishing an entire apartment, or enhancing a property for sale or rent – our solutions are modern, functional, and built to last.
