Idea City is a real estate development company engaged in two main directions: creating landmark projects in central areas that set new standards for the city’s architectural development, and large-scale urban projects focused on making homeownership accessible to as many people as possible.
Through this platform, we seek to share global insights on long-term real estate investing with Georgian citizens, while simultaneously developing opportunities for long-term investment within our own projects.
We will gather knowledge and experience from international markets—primarily the United States—and adapt these insights to the local context, enabling Georgian citizens to take full advantage of the opportunities that long-term real estate investing offers abroad.
