Idea Platform is the biggest student organization in Puerto Rico focused on entrepreneurship and innovation. Its mission is to develop innovation leaders by providing students hands-on experiences where they learn how to think, talk, and execute as innovators. 

IP's main chapter is in the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez where they administrate the first makerspace of the campus and develop students on topics such as: media arts and marketing, software development, rapid prototyping, and business.
