Simon Maier

Simon Maier is currently the Head of Sales at Ideabay.AI since July 2023. Simon previously held the position of Head of Sales Operations at PAYBACK from June 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that, Simon was the Head of Department Key Account Management at Würth Industrie Service GmbH & Co. KG from March 2014 to May 2022, where Simon managed a 60 million Euro turnover and led 3 teams with 30 employees. Simon also worked as a Team Lead Key Account Management at the same company, overseeing a 12 million Euro turnover and 8 employees. Simon holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Aalen University.
