Ramón Ramos

Ramón Ramos is an accomplished experimental physicist currently serving as the Head of Quantum Simulation at IDEADED. With a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Toronto, they have conducted extensive research in quantum simulation, particularly using ultracold atoms to explore complex materials and novel phases of matter. Previously, they were a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellow at ICFO, where they led innovative projects, authored articles in prestigious journals, and mentored junior researchers. Their background includes coordination and supervision of diverse international teams, alongside the development of advanced experimental techniques and data analysis methodologies.
