Mannudev Saini

Mannudev Saini is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) sector and automotive engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Industrialization Tech Lead-R&D at ideaForge since April 2024, Mannudev drives Design for Excellence initiatives to enhance UAV manufacturability and assembly. Prior to this role, Mannudev was the Design & Development Head at IoTechWorld Avigation, overseeing successful UAV projects, achieving weight reductions through innovative materials, and leading certification processes for various drone models. Mannudev's experience includes a role as Deputy Manager in Vehicle Engineering at Mahindra & Mahindra, focusing on vehicle integration and new product development, as well as engineering positions at Hi Tech Gears Ltd and Sankei Giken India Pvt Ltd, contributing to tool design and robotics. Mannudev holds a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Kurukshetra University and a Post Diploma in CAD from CTTC.
