Reha Kandhari

Reha Kandhari is a seasoned marketing and human resources professional with experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Currently serving as a Marketing Specialist at ideaForge since May 2022, Reha's expertise in human resources was honed during a tenure at Aranca from October 2018 to May 2022, where various positions, including Senior Executive Human Resources and Human Resources Executive, were held. Previous experience includes roles at Siemens Technology India as a TCG Executive and an internship as a Human Resources Recruiter at HANSA GREEN TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. Further foundation in human resources was established with a Diploma in Human Resource Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. Academic qualifications also include a Bachelor of Arts with double majors in Psychology and Sociology from Sophia College For Women and an International Baccalaureate from MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul World School.
