Vikas Gaur

Vikas Gaur currently serves as a Senior Manager at ideaForge, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Vikas accumulated extensive experience in various capacities within the Indian Navy from July 2015 to November 2023, including Operations Management as a Mission Commander and UAV Internal Pilot, Flight Safety and Risk Assessment, Security and Risk Assessment, Project Management and Planning, Head of Flight Training and Development, Trainee Officer, and Helicopter Pilot. Vikas holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering, completed in 2011, and received Basic and Advanced Flying Training from the Air Force Academy and Helicopter Training School, respectively. Additionally, Vikas pursued an Executive Program in International Business Management at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in 2023.
