Bethany Pass is a Frontend Developer at Ideagen since October 2020, contributing to the Design System Management Team by designing, developing, and maintaining Helix design system components and libraries using frameworks such as React, Storybook, and Figma. Additionally, Bethany serves as a Volunteer Think Big Ambassador, motivating young people to explore careers in technology through a partnership between Ideagen and Nottingham Forest Community Trust. Previously, Bethany completed a Digital Technology Solutions Apprenticeship, gaining diverse experience in mobile application development. Prior to joining Ideagen, Bethany worked as an Event Administrator & Facilitator at DHL Express, organizing numerous training events across the UK and Brussels. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering at Nottingham Trent University, with an expected graduation in 2024.
