Daniel Hall

Daniel Hall has a strong background in reward and benefits management. Daniel is currently the Global Head of Reward & Benefits at Ideagen since January 2024. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Reward & Benefits Manager at the same company from November 2021. Before joining Ideagen, Daniel worked as a Senior Reward Manager at Incora from July 2020 to November 2021. Daniel also served as a Reward Manager at Pattonair from September 2017 to July 2020, and as a Reward Manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance from November 2015 to September 2017. Daniel's experience also includes working as a Compensation & Benefits Manager at British Sugar from July 2014 to November 2015. Daniel started their career at Alliance Boots as an Assistant Reward Manager in December 2007, where they were responsible for various reward and recognition activities.

Daniel Hall attended Sheffield Hallam University from 2003 to 2007, where they completed a degree in Business Studies and Human Resource Management. Daniel achieved a 2:1 grade in their studies.
