Deborah Nicholson has a strong background in sales and business development, primarily within the healthcare and life science industry. Deborah began their career at HMRC as a Revenue Officer, where they focused on meeting business targets and delivering excellent customer service. In 2011, they joined Gael Ltd as a Business Development Manager, specializing in healthcare, life sciences, and risk. Here, they demonstrated their expertise in identifying new business opportunities. Deborah took on various roles at Ideagen, starting in 2013 as a Senior Sales Account Manager, responsible for new business and enterprise sales in the governance, risk, and compliance software solutions sector. Their role expanded to include being a Life Science Specialist. Currently, they serve as the Healthcare & Life Science Sales Director, leading sales efforts in the pharmaceutical sector and other related fields. Deborah has a comprehensive understanding of the life science industry and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Deborah Nicholson attended Glasgow Caledonian University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a 2:1 BA (Hons) degree in International Business. In 2009, they also briefly studied International Business at Universidad de Huelva. In 2012, they completed the Quality Management Systems Auditor/ Lead Auditor Training Course (ISO 9001:2008) from BSI. In 2011, they obtained certifications in Acquiring & Developing Accounts by Telephone and SPIN Selling Skills from Huthwaite International.
