Jerome Ho is an experienced Agile Manager and Delivery Manager at Ideagen since May 2022, leading global delivery excellence and managing Scrum Masters across multiple regions, while implementing enterprise metrics for improved delivery and quality. Previously, Jerome served as an Agile Coach, training over 100 team members in agile methodologies for a global software company. During a long tenure at Steelcase from 2009 to 2022, Jerome led agile transformation and developed agile training programs, enhancing team self-organization and product quality. Earlier experience includes coaching R&D teams at Altera Corporation and tutoring students at Multimedia University. Jerome holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and Games Design from Multimedia University, as well as an Agile MBA obtained in April 2024.
