Lee D. has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Network Support Technician at Croft-IT Services, where they provided technical and network support to small and medium-sized businesses. Lee later joined Codemasters as a QA Technician, responsible for testing products and reporting bugs. In 2014, they moved to CSE Education Systems, where they held multiple roles such as Managed Service Engineer and Network Manager, managing the IT infrastructure for an Academy/Trust. Currently, Lee is working at Ideagen, initially as the UK IT Service Desk Team Lead and then promoted to Global IT Service Desk Lead, with their most recent role being Global Head of IT Service Desk.

Lee D. attended South Staffordshire College from 2009 to 2011, where they studied Computing and earned a BTEC National Diploma for IT practitioners.
