Lori Ernst is the President and Founder of Return the Salute, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans with upper limb loss through awareness, connections to transplantation programs, and financial assistance for transplantation. Since December 2018, Lori has led this mission while also serving as the President and CEO of ECL2 Quality Solutions, a role held since July 2005, where ECL2 is a certified partner of Ideagen PLC, providing Q-Pulse software and associated services. From 2003 to 2005, Lori worked as the Executive Director of Quality Assurance Regulatory Affairs & Optimization at ROi/Sisters of Mercy Health System, and served as a Captain in the Medical Services Corps of the US Army from 1993 to 2007. Educational achievements include an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Columbia Southern University and additional studies in business and pharmacy from various institutions.
