Matt Ward is an experienced software developer and manager with a strong background in various programming technologies, including VBA, VB6, C#, and SQL. Currently serving as a Software Development Manager at Ideagen since September 2015, previous roles included Development Team Leader and Software Developer. Prior to that, Matt held the position of Software Development and Business Improvement Manager at Ergo Computing UK Ltd from June 2010 to September 2015, and worked as a Senior Software Engineer for the same company from 1996 to 2007. Matt's experience also encompasses support systems engineering, focusing on service desk operations and customer service.
