Samuel Brown

Samuel Brown is a seasoned customer experience specialist with extensive experience in the software industry. Currently at Ideagen since November 2018, Samuel has transitioned from customer support to a focus on building customer communities using the inSided platform. Previous roles at Ideagen include leading the development of an internal community forum with Zendesk Gather and serving as a deputy team leader for Level 2 Software Support. Samuel began a career in software support at Ideagen after transitioning from a retail background, where customer engagement skills were honed in roles such as a customer service representative at Currys plc. Additionally, previous experiences include working as a filmmaker for Scottish EDGE and a graphic and web designer for Stuart Brown Driver Training. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Production from the University of the West of Scotland.
