Seb Culbert is a results-driven leader with over 16 years of experience in optimizing people, processes, and systems to enhance client support and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Ideagen, Seb previously held the position of Chief Global Operations Officer at Damstra Technology, where they led a diverse team of 110 across five countries and managed key stakeholder relationships for enterprise clients. Prior to that, they were the Global Operations Manager at Ideagen Damstra, overseeing operational integration and offshore model transitions. Their earlier role as Operations Manager at eify Pty Ltd involved significant growth in business relationships and end-to-end operational responsibilities.
