Zoe Else currently serves as the Head of Commercial Strategy at Ideagen since October 2025. Prior to this role, Zoe held various positions at Simon-Kucher from January 2020 to September 2025, progressing from Consultant to Senior Consultant and then Manager. Earlier, Zoe worked as an Associate Consultant at Simon-Kucher for a brief period in mid-2019. Zoe's professional experience also includes an internship at The Body Shop as a Marketing Bath and Body Intern from June 2017 to June 2018. Zoe graduated with a first-class honours degree in Management from the University of Bath, where studies spanned from September 2015 to June 2019.
