Prabhu Gopal

Prabhu Gopal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT recruitment and delivery management. Currently serving as a Senior Delivery Manager and Lead IT Recruiter at IDEA HELIX since June 2014, Prabhu focuses on determining applicant requirements, building applicant sources through various outreach methods, and evaluating candidates through resumes and behavioral interviews. Prior to this role, Prabhu worked as a Senior Counselor at Trek Emb Tech from May 2012 to June 2014, where responsibilities included developing a network of alumni, conducting research on student profiles, and coordinating recruitment activities. Prabhu holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Ranganathan Engineering College, completed in 2011.
