Chad Semans

Chad Semans has been in the real estate industry since 2001. Chad began their career at Home Discovery Real Estate as the Director of Home Pricing Strategies. In 2006, they moved to Keller Williams Realty South Tampa as a Realtor. In 2011, they became the Owner of Chill. In 2013, they returned to Keller Williams Real Estate as a Realtor. Since 2016, they have been the Co-Founder & CPO of Ideal Agent 2% Real Estate Commissions.

Chad Semans attended the University of South Florida from 1992 to 1995, pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
