Jonathan Ward has extensive experience in technical training and support within the heating industry. Currently serving as a Technical Training Manager at Ideal Heating since October 2021, Jonathan previously held multiple roles at British Gas from June 2007 to October 2021, including Technical Support Engineer, Success Coach, Contractor Manager, and Seconded Direct Labour Manager. Jonathan's educational background includes training at the British Gas Academy, Bruntcliffe High School, and Leeds College of Building.
