Jonathan Stallard

Jonathan Stallard is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a NOC Technician I at Ideal Integrations since November 2022. In this role, Jonathan proactively monitors and supports a vast network of over 10,000 endpoints, ensuring minimal downtime through prompt incident response and issue escalation. Previously, Jonathan held positions as an IT Support Specialist at Ellucian, where responsibilities included managing support requests for hardware and software, and as a Technical Support Specialist at Conduent, providing multi-channel support for Apple products. Before transitioning to IT, Jonathan worked as a CNC Machinist at VIKING TOOL AND GAGE, focusing on precision manufacturing. Jonathan is pursuing an Associate of Science in Information Technology at Southern New Hampshire University, with previous education from Conneaut Area Senior High School.
