Michael Leon

Michael Leon has extensive experience in network operations and customer service, currently serving as the NOC Manager at Ideal Integrations since August 2012, overseeing the Network Operations Center. Previously, Michael held the position of NOC Technician II, focusing on proactive issue resolution and escalation management within the Infrastructure Operations Services Team. Prior roles include serving as a server at The Jolly Scholar and a night manager at The Silver Spartan Diner, where customer service and management skills were developed. Earlier experience includes various sanitation-focused roles at Logan Sanitation and Waste. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 2012.
