Simon Katz

Simon Katz has been working in the music industry for over 10 years. Simon started out as an artist and producer for the band Youngblood Hawke. The band was signed to Republic Records and had multiple radio and charting hits. Their music was also featured in over 250 commercials.

In 2014, Simon became the Vice President of A&R for Republic Records. In this role, they were responsible for signing and developing new artists. Simon also founded and ran the Republic Records studio complex, where multiple #1 records were conceived and recorded. Simon stayed with Republic Records until 2020 when they left to become the CEO of Ideal Visibility.

Simon Katz attended Harvard Business School, where they received an Executive MBA Alternative degree and completed the Program for Leadership Development. Simon also has a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
