Charles Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Charles started their career in 1995 at Southwest Airlines as a Customer Service representative, where they worked until 1998. In 1998, they joined Penske Truck Leasing as a Lease Sales Representative and stayed with the company until 2015. From 2001 to 2011, Charles worked as an Actor independently. In 2016, they joined Summit Idealease as the Director of Sales and held this position until 2022 when they became the Director of Sales Development at Idealease.
Charles Phillips attended Tarkio College from 1990 to 1991, majoring in Communication. Charles then transferred to Teikyo Westmar in 1991, where they obtained an Associates degree in Theater. Currently, Charles Phillips is pursuing a degree in Theatre at Emporia State University, which they have been attending since 1991.
