Allison Williams currently serves as the Chief Learning Officer at idealis. and as the Owner/Lead Consultant at B. Education Strategies since August 2022, providing strategic planning, restorative practices, and leadership development services to higher education professionals and families. Additionally, Allison is a member of Chief, a private network supporting women in executive leadership. Previously, Allison held the position of Vice President for College Life/Dean of Students at Muhlenberg College from August 2016 to August 2024, while also instructing graduate students in the Master of Organizational Leadership program. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Dean of Students and Director of Strategic Initiatives at Lehigh University. Allison holds a Master of Education in College Student Affairs Administration from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from James Madison University.
