Nelly Tytechko

Nelly Tytechko is a seasoned professional in sales performance analytics and revenue operations, currently serving as Manager of Sales Performance Analytics and Head of Revenue Operations Quality Assurance at iDeals since October 2020. Previous roles include Sales Operations Quality Assurance Lead and Senior Business Development Manager at QATestLab, as well as a Sales Manager at US Business Dev where responsibilities included training and leading sales agents. Nelly began a career at Delta Bank, progressing from a Training Specialist to the Corporate Regional Training Specialist, supervising training for a significant employee base. Earlier experience includes the role of Chief Economist at JSC "State Saving Bank of Ukraine" and various positions at Delta Bank, where Nelly developed expertise in training, business development, and banking operations. Nelly holds multiple degrees, including a Specialist's Degree in Accounting and Auditing, a Master's with honors in Mathematics, and dual Bachelor's and Master's degrees with honors in K-12 teacher credentials focused on Mathematics and Computer Science from Rivne State Humanitarian University.
