Nolan Duda

Nolan Duda began their work experience at IdealTraits Inc. in May 2020 as an Inside Sales Representative, where they generated new business by identifying potential clients in the insurance industry. Nolan then became a Sales Representative Team Lead in June 2021, leading and motivating a group of sales representatives to achieve company sales goals. In February 2022, they were promoted to Sales Manager, overseeing and managing the sales department and successfully growing it from two to seven employees. In November 2022, they took on the role of Partner & Sales Manager, where they continued to lead the sales department while also contributing to the strategic direction of the company. Currently, they are a Partner and Client Experience Manager at IdealTraits Inc. since June 2023.

Before joining IdealTraits Inc., Nolan had various internships and roles. Nolan worked as a Project Intern at Rize Education from January 2020 to May 2020. Prior to that, they served as an Admissions Ambassador at Adrian College from January 2017 to May 2020. From May 2019 to August 2019, they were a Sales Intern at IdealTraits Inc. From December 2018 to December 2019, they were the President of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. Nolan also held positions as the President of the Interfraternity Council from April 2018 to December 2018 and as an Intern for the Athletic Director at Adrian High School from August 2018 to December 2018. Additionally, they worked as the Assistant Director of Golf Operations at Coldwater Golf Course from June 2013 to May 2019.

Nolan Duda attended Adrian College from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Nolan'sfield of study focused on Business Administration and Management in general.
