Allison A is an experienced HR Coordinator with a comprehensive background in human resources and operations. Currently employed at Idean since June 2014, Allison oversees daily HR functions across the U.S. Prior experience includes a role at Deem, Inc., where responsibilities involved onboarding processes, compliance, and employee file management. Allison served as an Army Specialist in the United States Army Reserve from June 2005 to June 2013, gaining skills in administrative support and document control, and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Allison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Notre Dame de Namur University in 2011 and has received multiple military awards and medals for outstanding service.
