Jeff Harding has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. jeff'smost recent role is as a Construction Project Manager at Ideanomics, which they began in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Construction at Charge Bliss from 2015 to 2022. In this role, they designed, developed, and installed microgrids in California, analyzing energy usage data to implement demand management systems for commercial and industrial buildings. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Project Engineer at Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services, working on the Nelson Energy Center project. jeff was responsible for various tasks such as tracking material deliveries and coordinating with other trades. Prior to that, they held positions such as Assistant Project Manager at McShane Construction Company and Field Engineer at Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services. Starting in 2008, they owned their own company called Harding Builders, LLC, before transitioning to work as a Project Manager at Sullivan Corporation, Inc from 2006 to 2008. In this role, they managed multiple commercial projects and oversaw project documentation and record keeping. Before that, they worked as an Estimator/Project Manager at F. Rodgers Insulation, Inc and as a Project Manager at Performance Contracting, Inc. Harding began their career as a Field Superintendent/Estimator at Harding Insulation, Inc in 1989, where they developed estimates and coordinated field activities.

Jeff Harding obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 1987 to 1995. Simultaneously, they also pursued a degree in Civil Engineering Technology and Construction Management from Purdue University during the same period, earning an AAS and BS. In addition to their educational background, Jeff has obtained multiple certifications from Procore Technologies in 2022, including Procore Certified: Field Worker, Procore Certified: Project Manager (Quality & Safety), and Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management).
