Jim Cassano

Jim Cassano is an Independent Director at Ideanomics. Jim has over 30 years of experience in the financial and investment industries. Prior to joining Ideanomics, Jim served as Vice President - Investments and Acquisitions at Safeguard Scientifics, a venture capital and private equity firm. Jim also served as Senior Vice President and CFO of The Hill Group, a $100 million consulting, engineering and environmental services company. Jim has also served on the Board of Directors for the Independence Hall Association and Ideanomics, Inc., where they held the position of Vice Chairman, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Chairman of the Compensation Committee. Jim has also served as General Partner at Jaguar Capital Partners and as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at New Forum Publishers.

JimCassano has a MBA from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Purdue University.
