Kellene Kim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Experience at IdeaRoom since August 2025, Kellene previously held leadership positions at Aumni, where roles included VP of Revenue Operations and Senior Manager of Revenue Operations from September 2022 to August 2025.
