Eric Haugen

Eric Haugen has a diverse work experience spanning from 1997 to the present. In 1997, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer for Siemens Power Corporation. From 2003 to 2007, they worked for the Idaho Department of Agriculture in various roles, including Programmer Analyst, Senior Programmer Analyst, and Help Desk Intern. In 2005, they founded Project Penguin, LLC, where they worked as a Software Consultant. In 2004, they were a Web Developer for Kuna School District. From 2007 to 2016, they worked for Resource Data, Inc. in various roles, including Branch Manager, Project Manager/Sr. Analyst, Technical Lead, and Senior Programmer/Analyst. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Software Development Manager for Solutran. In 2020, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Consultant for Waterman Broadcasting Of Florida LLC. Currently, they are working as a VP of Customer Success and Senior Product Manager for IdeaRoom since 2022.

Eric Haugen holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering and a German Minor from Bradley University. Eric also attended the Collegium Palatinum, Intensive German Institute to study German Language and Literature. Additionally, they hold four professional certifications: PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute obtained in May 2021, A+ Certified Professional and Network+ Certified Professional from CompTIA obtained in June 2003, and Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) / Engineer in Training (EIT) from the State of Illinois obtained in January 1997.
