Caitlin Marksteiner

Caitlin Marksteiner is a mission-driven operations professional with over six years of program management experience across various social impact sectors, including nonprofit administration, workforce development, and higher education. Currently serving as a Project Operations Manager at ideas42, Caitlin has previously held roles such as Operations & Audit Analyst for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Operations Coordinator at Simmons University, where they optimized processes and improved efficiency in multiple programs. Caitlin earned a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Simmons University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Outside of their professional pursuits, Caitlin is a passionate musician, avid hiker, and enthusiastic baker.
