Phil Smithson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience, design thinking, and agile project management. Currently serving as Chief Collaboration Officer at On-Off Group since January 2015, Phil also co-founded UX+ and functions as a consultant for the World Bank Group. In addition, self-established endeavors include founding The Failure School, aimed at educating future generations, and founding LearnTagalogFast.com to assist non-Tagalog speakers.
