Conor Morris

Conor Morris is an accomplished journalist and educator with a diverse background in reporting and teaching. Currently serving as an Advisor for The Exponent student newspaper at Baldwin Wallace University since October 2024, Conor imparts knowledge on journalism while overseeing the production of a monthly publication focusing on the college and Berea community. Conor's experience includes working as a Reporter/Producer for Ideastream Public Media since August 2022, where recognition has been earned for covering educational issues across northeast Ohio. Previously, Conor was a Report for America Corps Member/Reporter with the Northeast Ohio Solutions Journalism Collaborative, contributing to discussions on poverty and social disparities. An award-winning Associate Editor at The Athens NEWS, Conor focused on investigative journalism and event coverage while also freelancing for The Columbus Dispatch and QSR Magazine. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University, complemented by specialization in English and world religions, as well as anthropology.
